The following general conditions apply exclusively to all contracts concluded by Incofin GmbH & Co. KG and the person concerned (user/user of the site), calculations carried out by the user and other services provided on the site www.tattoo-piercing-versicherung.de.

Incofin GmbH & Co. KG is an insurance agent authorized in accordance with section 34d, paragraph 1 GewO, and provides the user with its comparison calculator and consultation services online or offline free of charge. Agents/insurers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of quotes.

Ensuring the accuracy of information and limiting liability

Incofin GmbH & Co. KG makes every effort to ensure that data provided by the user and comparative calculations are always current, complete and correct. However, Incofin GmbH & Co. KG is not obliged to include all insurance companies on the market in its calculations.

Incofin GmbH & Co. KG cannot provide any guarantees regarding any information on the website www.tattoo-piercing-versicherung.de. Incofin GmbH & Co. KG also does not provide legal or tax advice. The wording of the insurance certificate from the relevant insurance company is always mandatory.

The applicant (user) is obliged to check the exact contents of the insurance certificate and immediately report any inaccuracies.

Final provisions, applicable law

The General Terms and Conditions (General Terms and Conditions) govern the relationship between Incofin GmbH & Co. KG and user on the home page www.tattoo-piercing-versicherung.de. If individual provisions of these terms of use are or become wholly or partially invalid or ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining terms as a whole.
